Junior Technical Product Manager (Solar Modules) - to be based remotely anywhere in Germany

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role:

• Assist with technical research and analyse specific to the solar module industry to support product development and management efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure technical feasibility and right promotion of solar modules.
• Support the definition of product requirements and specifications for solar modules.
• Track certification requirements for the European market and assist in the organization of our own certificates
• Assist with product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Help maintain and organize technical documentation specific to solar modules
• Provide technical support for product launches and post-launch activities for solar modules
• Conduct comparison studies (including PV syst simulations) with other market technology to support customers decision, product development strategies and management decisions

You:

• Degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, etc.) or relevant work experience
• Experience in the solar industry or product management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts related to solar modules to both, technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Proficient in English and German , further languages a big plus
