What You'll Do

Our goal is to acquire the best people for BCG. You're structured, hands-on, and a real people person?

Then join the Group as a Junior Recruiter Talent Acquisition and help us attract outstanding candidates. You’ll support your colleagues with a number of activities, including planning and executing virtual and in-person recruiting events. You will also independently create, mail, and process employment contracts and letters of reference, schedule meeting with candidates, and handle travel expense accounting. Keeping our databases current, especially our central recruiting system, will be another of your tasks. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with other in-house teams and external service providers, as well as collaborating on HR projects, thus helping to continually improve our recruiting processes. With full ownership of your area of responsibility, you’ll ensure smooth operations with process excellence and quick work. If you are starting or changing your career, this position is an ideal entry-level position for gaining initial professional experience in recruiting and developing your skills.

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• You have successfully completed commercial training or training in the hotel or catering industry and have gained some work experience. Alternatively, you have completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus.
• You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.
• Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
  
  

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting team, based in Munich and Düsseldorf, whose collaboration is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
