Location
• Hybrid Role - Various Terminals in Germany - Approx. 50/50 split.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among all Team members and commit to achieve the company goal of Zero LTI.
• Implementation of the QHSE program to ensure all work follow relevant Eng.Co.Cz procedures.
• Work in accordance with Eng.Co.Cz procedures and requirements that have been produced to ensure the protection of the environment.
• Overall responsibility for the performance of the Projects under his/her control.

• Participate in Safety Audits and Leadership with Client.
• Implementation of the QHSE program to ensure all work follow relevant Eng.Co.Cz procedures.
• Junior Project Manager shall ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly.
• Typical responsibilities include:
o agreeing project objectives
o representing the client's interest
o providing independent advice on the management of projects
o organizing the various professional people working on a project
o risk assessment
o making sure that all the aims of the project are met
o making sure the quality standards are met
o using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress
o recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
o monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
o accounting, costing and billing.
Education, Skills & Experience’s:
• Experience in Oil and Gas in Terminal/Depot environment in Brownfield projects.
• Experience in Project and Construction execution for projects such as Tank construction and refurbishment, Gantry loading, Terminal automation system, Vapor recovery unit.
• Accreditation by third party independent bodies such as PMI/APM etc. preferred but not essential.
• Conversant with Construction Safety requirements.
• Fluent in the local language where he/she will be required to operate.
• Engineering Degree is a must.
• Excellent communication and Change Management skills
• Experience in working globally/regionally, being familiar with international practices and cultures will be an asset.
• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization
• Strong communication and team building skills and ability to work virtually across cultures
