As the (Junior) People & Culture Manager (f/m/d) at Futurepath, you will be the driving force behind our organization, fostering connections and cultivating a culture of excellence. You will be an essential part of our people team, you'll focus on HR operations, employee development, HR strategy, and culture building efforts. Responsibilities include

  • Support HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR analytics reports.
  • Assist with performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
  • Help develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives with the marketing team.
  • Plan and organize engaging employee events, workshops, and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and connected office environment where people feel encouraged to connect and thrive.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey.
  • Support travel arrangements and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist our team in utilizing and optimizing internal tools to maintain an organized and efficient hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations, learning and development, HR strategy, or related fields ideally in a startup
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS, especially Personio.
  • Proven experience with performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Berlin-based, able to come to the office 2-3 times a week.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

  • Following that, you will have a second online call with one of our Managing Directors.
  • (Optional) You may be asked to complete a small case study assignment related to one of our current projects to understand your approach and analytical skills.
  • You receive a contract proposal.
