TalenTailors is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Content Manager to join our customer`s team. As a Junior Content Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our content strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Customer and External Communication: Point of contact for customers and external service providers in Digital Signage Content area
Content Adjustments: Adjust content based on customer criteria
Content Preparation: Prepare Digital Signage Content
Content Deployment: Ensure timely deployment of content on transmission platforms
Content Controlling: Monitor transmissions according to assignments
Documentation: Document and report pending and faulty transmissions
Departmental Support: Support related departments such as Monitoring and 2nd Level Support
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, media technology, or a comparable qualification
Strong technical understanding
Experience in editing Digital Signage Content is a plus
Ability to independently operate in-house software applications for content transmission
Proficiency in Windows and Excel
Experience with data and databases is advantageous
Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience after training/apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or media technology
Motivation to learn and work in the Digital Signage Content area
