Your Tasks
Processing all IT-relevant questions in the hardware and software area at our partners/customers, on site or remotely.
Deadline monitoring of all ongoing processes Installation and administration of client/server systems, sayFUSE, sayTRUST and network components at the partner's/customer's premises or remotely. Telephone support for hardware and software problems of our partners/customers Testing of development stages of our products in a team Your qualification profile: Completed training in the IT sector or completed (technical) university studies in a suitable subject area
At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of servers, network topology as well as backup and storage solutions, IT infrastructure, network access and data security.
Sound knowledge of client / server systems, VPN, and/or network components, mail and database servers
Knowledge of virtualization with various hypervisors
Several years of experience in dealing with VPN systems and data backup solutions
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Class B driving license and willingness to travel
Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MSCSE, MCITP Server or Enterprise are an advantage!
