For our customer, based in Lörrach, we are looking for an IT administrator / IT system engineer (m/f/d).

Our customer is a medium-sized IT system house with locations in Lörrach and branches in Basel, Mengen and Schönau. With a team of over 30 dedicated specialists, they support their customers comprehensively throughout the entire life cycle of their IT projects by providing our customer with high-quality products and first-class services.

Through membership in the system house network iTeam, our customers benefit from a strong community and a lively exchange with other partner companies. This collaboration enables them in particular to offer a Germany-wide service. Thanks to certification as a partner of numerous manufacturers, they are able to provide comprehensive services across the entire IT sector.

Tasks:

• You support our customers in the consulting, planning and implementation of demanding network projects.
• You take care of the administration and configuration of Windows IT infrastructures.
• You resolve and analyse faults in our customers’ IT infrastructure and carry out demanding IT projects.
• You configure and maintain IT security components.
• You analyze and resolve problems in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• You virtualize server landscapes with VMware and/or HyperV.
• You administer current Microsoft® Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft® 365.
• You take care of network administration (routers, switches, firewall, DNS, certificates, monitoring).

Requirements:

• You have completed training or studies in the IT environment or, as a career changer, you have several years of practical IT professional experience.
• You have extensive general IT knowledge as well as very good IT technical understanding.

• You have a friendly and professional demeanor both externally and internally.
• Working efficiently and reliably is a matter of course for you.
