How you can play an active role

In your role for our internal IT, you are the contact person and complement the diverse IT infrastructure team.

• Supporting our employees with IT problems in the area of hardware and software
• Installation and configuration of computers and peripheral devices
• On- and offboarding of employees as well as setting up and maintaining user authorizations
• Coordinating the repair of IT devices
• Taking on tasks in special server projects and involvement in the configuration of firewalls and networks
  
  

What sets you apart

You Ideally Have The Following Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in the field of IT support
• Willingness for continuous further training in dealing with new technologies, commitment and ability to work in a team as well as strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German skills
