IT System Administrator / IT User Helpdesk (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Supporting users with IT questions and problems
Error analysis and implementation of solutions through on-site or remote support
Independent receipt of telephone and written inquiries in the IT system as well as their categorization, prioritization and pre-qualification for further processing
Creating accounts, assigning licenses (e.g. O365) and ensuring access management for German employees
Responsible for the proper management of IT assets
Escalation of unresolved incidents and requests to the Level 3 team
Remote technical maintenance of employees' IT equipment, installation of computers and updates and user training
Monitoring and ensuring email archiving
Your profile
Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable training with appropriate qualifications
At least three years of professional experience as a system administrator, helpdesk or in a similar role
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular O365 and Intune
High customer and service orientation
Communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
