IT System Administrator

What you will be doing:

• Administration, maintenance and support of all our Windows Operating Systems on workstations and servers
• Microsoft services administration including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, NPS
• Application management of internal services: Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Zimbra
• User hardware management: purchase, deployment, maintenance
• Support our internal users, as well as office and facility management
• Modernize existing infrastructure, systems and processes
• Provide instructions and training to end users
• Document technical implementations and processes for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure compliance with key data security and data protection regulations in all data processes

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in administration of Windows server, Active Directory and its components
• Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects and applying permissions on distributed file systems
• Experience with automation of installation and configuration of Windows workstations
• Basic understanding of IP networking (switching and routing)
• Ideally experience with Atlassian product administration (Confluence, Jira)
• Motivation to learn and take on new skills and challenges with commitment and self-initiative
• Enjoy working independently and flexibly in a team
• Written and verbal fluency in English is essential (company language), German is a plus (preferred team language)
