An experienced IT Support Engineer is sought after by a leading VR company in Munich. Leading the VR entertainment market has led to an increase in their number of customers which in turn means they need to expand their support team! You will be the go to person for the day-to-day support of their growing client base to ensure the company continues to run smoothly with impeccable customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Skills and experience required for the role include:

• Previous IT support experience (both Software and Hardware)
• Troubleshooting experience for both network and system issues
• Ability to work effectively with strict time restraints
• Capacity to work on multiple issues at the same time (strong multi-taking skills)
