Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, media technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Experience in editing Digital Signage Content is a plus
  • Ability to independently operate in-house software applications for content transmission
  • Proficiency in Windows and Excel
  • Experience with data and databases is advantageous

Experience:

  • Approximately 2-3 years of professional experience after training/ apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or media technology
  • Motivation to learn and work in the Digital Signage Content area

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Customer and External Communication: Act as the point of contact for customers and external service providers in the Digital Signage Content area
  • Content Adjustments: Adjust the content to be transmitted according to customer criteria
  • Content Preparation: Prepare Digital Signage Content
  • Content Deployment: Ensure timely deployment of content on transmission platforms
  • Content Controlling: Monitor transmissions according to assignments
  • Documentation: Document and report pending and faulty transmissions
  • Departmental Support: Support related departments such as Monitoring and 2nd Level Support
