IT Project manager (ERP)

Job Description: PRIMARY: Project Management: Manage IT Projects within the Client.

Develop, monitor, and control project scope, cost, time, and quality.

• Develop a project management plan from concept to final release phase.
• Effectively report on Projects, which includes accurate, effective, and efficient project document control and record management.
• Provide a project coordination function and manage a team effectively.
• Evaluate project goals and opportunities from business strategic and financial perspectives.
• Prepare different committee presentations and decision support materials.
• Eliminating uncertainties and problems in the current project.
• Control and management of the available budget.
  
  

Customer Relationship: Develop, establish, and maintain long term, positive relationships with internal customers, regardless of employment level and culture.

• Support and motivate others, encourage them to achieve their goals, aligned with organization goals.
• Set clear direction for others, e.g. colleagues, project team members, customer, volunteers, contractors, etc.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the ambitions and concerns of others.
• Delegate work appropriately and fairly.
• Seek opportunities to provide people with new challenges and opportunities to develop.
• Understand the issue, problems, challenges of our users (internal customers)
• Match hardware and software requests of internal users with internal policies and procedures.

• Find permanent solutions to internal customer problems and complaint to maximize satisfaction.

Training: Assists in conducting training to stakeholder.

SECONDARY: The Senior IT Project Manager manages all activities associated with the goal of an assigned project. This may include managing or coordinating a team of project members a well as other project managers. To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information System
• Minimum 3 years of experience of working in a project management position, ideally in a significantly sized organization with 600+ employees and track record of minimum 2 successful projects.
• Certified PMP or Prince 2 practitioner will be an advantage.
• Experience in ERP full lifecycle implementation, preferably Client Dynamics NAV, Business Central and BI Reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good attention to details with a professional approach.
• Good time management skills.
• Readiness to travel locally and overseas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
