• International Collaboration Champion: Coordinate IT infrastructure projects across international teams. Become a trusted advisor, sharing your knowledge of infrastructure concepts and architectures.
• Infrastructure Maestro: Oversee the daily operation and optimization of your IT infrastructure domain. Ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Requirements and Release Management Guru: Own the requirements and release cycle for IT solutions within your area. Deliver results on-time and within budget.
• External Partner Pro: Manage relationships with external service providers and ensure they meet your service level expectations.

Who We're Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: A degree in IT, engineering, or business administration with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure (cloud technologies, networks, Active Directory, Windows Server/clients).
• Proven Leadership Experience: Several years of experience leading and developing successful teams. You have a knack for motivating and inspiring others.
• Global Mindset: Fluency in German and English is essential for seamless collaboration across international teams.
• The "Right Stuff": Commitment, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and strong communication skills are a must.
