🚀About the Job:

Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, telephone systems, and data security. This role focuses on designing and implementing strategic IT initiatives that enhance both medical and administrative functions. Significant experience in network and IT system architecture is required for this position.

🎯Responsibilities:

• Network Environment: Design, monitor and configure and the network environment including the maintenance of LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks. Oversee fiber optics (LWL) and network switch operations.
• Cybersecurity: Managing firewall systems with a primary focus on Sophos. Creating and implementing network security measures to guard against cyber threats.
• Telephony Systems: Overseeing telephony platforms including Nfon, 3CX, and Innovaphone.
• Server Management and Virtualization: Supervising distributed data centers and cloud solutions. Handling server infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
• Network and Endpoint Management: Administering distributed backup solutions. Managing endpoints including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. Facilitating software deployment through SCCM and Baramundi.
• Software and Automation: Ensuring effective utilization of Windows environments, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 suite, including Azure.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Creating and maintaining all technical documentation to build a comprehensive knowledge base. Documenting system architectures, processes, and service protocols for consistency and accessibility.
• Budget and Cost Control: Leading IT projects, particularly those focused on network initiatives. Managing financial aspects and controlling expenses within the network sector.

👥 Requirements:

• 7-10 Years of IT experience, particularly in network administration and medical systems and protocols.
• Extensive architectural expertise in designing, developing, and managing IT infrastructure, network security, and system integration.
• Goal-driven and methodical approach to work, coupled with strong social skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with other departments to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection laws in Germany.
• Skilled negotiator fluent in both German and English.
