Your Tasks:

• Develop Comprehensive ITSCM Strategy: Collaborate with BCM, IT Security, CISO, IT Strategy, and Risk Management to create a cohesive IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) strategy.
• Monitor and Evaluate Emergency Plans: Oversee and assess the effectiveness of IT emergency plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (ZAIT, DORA, PCI DSS).
• Create Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop and coordinate multi-year disaster recovery plans, including execution.
• Implement Regulatory Requirements: Ensure the implementation of new regulatory requirements related to DORA.
• Manage On-Duty Readiness: Lead and manage the "Manager on Duty" readiness program.
• Crisis Management Board Member: Participate as a member of the Crisis Management Board.

Your Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education, along with several years of professional experience.
• ITSCM and BCM Expertise: Strong knowledge in IT Service Continuity and Business Continuity Management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of the regulatory requirements for a financial service provider (ZAIT, DORA, PCI DSS).
• Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge of IT solutions (both cloud and traditional).
• Skills: Conceptual and analytical abilities, as well as an independent and results-oriented working style.
