YanTech Associates are searching for an IT Business Analyst to join our client remotely in Germany (must have English and German speaking skills). We are working with a European-leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the company's applications and systems while ensuring compliance with GxP quality standards. As a Business Analyst focusing on IT, you will be working towards developing innovative solutions to drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze operations, scope projects, and document process flows in collaboration with production teams
• Define Information Systems solutions and lead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules
• Manage incident resolution and provide ongoing support for ERP issues
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced Excel functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in German and English
