We are currently looking for an IT Admin to join our customers`. As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions to address.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to smooth operational processes by managing and optimizing internal IT systems
  • Work within the IT-Service Desk, providing users with necessary support
  • Create solutions to streamline work processes by integrating and automating workflows
  • Focus on improving the user experience of IT services
  • Work with a variety of cloud-based tools and services to deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Help non-techies understand complex technological topics
  • Support projects with IT deliverables to advance the mission of democratizing robotics


Requirements

Requirements:

  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations and Support
  • You have experience managing and supporting client hardware within a Microsoft Cloud environment
  • You have experience working with major cloud software
  • You are familiar with IT Service lifecycle and supporting tools
  • Your work prioritization skills are very good and you can handle ambiguity easily
  • You have a good understanding of business processes and can map them to IT services
  • You have a can-do attitude and are willing to learn new things with a strong attitude towards delivery
  • Your communication and documentation skills are excellent
  • Friends say about you that you are a team player, open, curious, and ambitious
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German
  • You are willing and able to work from our Dresden office 2-3 days a week
