Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: Konz - Hybrid

Salary: €50,000

As an IT Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and administration of my clients IT platforms, driving the expansion of their cloud strategy, providing exceptional helpdesk support and performing diligent system monitoring. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining technology infrastructure and supporting employees in their day-to-day technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration:

• Manage and maintain IT platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems current and secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to hardware, software, and network.

Cloud Strategy Expansion:

• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement cloud strategies.
• Oversee the migration of systems and data to cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security.

Helpdesk Support:

• Provide support to end-users, resolving technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Offer training and guidance to users on various IT systems and applications.

System Monitoring:

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Respond to and mitigate any security incidents or breaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with platform administration and helpdesk support.
