Your mission

• Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Actively participate in troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
• Train our employees in the efficient use of IT resources
• Maintain and update internal support documentation
• Manage software and hardware assets, including inventory, tracking usage, and ensuring compliance with licensing
  
  

Your profile

• Completet education all degree in the IT field
• Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Experience in Microsoft 365, iDoit (Inventory Tools), Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
• Optional: Software Deployments and Device Management with MDM (Microsoft Intune)
• High level of customer orientation and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
