Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Tagesgeschäft in den laufenden Developmentprojekten
• Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Developmentstrategien
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets/Businessplänen
• Interne und externe Berichterstattung in Bezug auf Projektkalkulationen
• Plausibilisierung von Projektkalkulationen
• Begleitung von Development Investitionen (zusammen mit dem Senior Development Manager)
• Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern
• Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
• Ü bernahme konkreter Research Aufgaben
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder immobilientechnisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft und/oder Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilien, Investment-Banking oder gewerbliche Projektentwicklung
• Exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse , MS Powerpoint ggf. Argus
• Verständnis für den Investitionsprozess wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Teamplayer, der auch selbstständig arbeiten kann
• Fähigkeit, sich in einem internationalen Umfeld zu entwickeln und zu kommunizieren, Auslanderfahrung von Vorteil
