Our client is one of the leading TMT corporate finance and M&A advisors in German-speaking Europe. It was founded by accomplished leaders from the most respected Investment banks in the industry. Due to their expansion and increasing deal flow, they are looking to hire an Analyst.
Responsibilities
Actively engage in the origination and execution of corporate finance transactions across the DACH region and Europe.
Prepare management presentations, marketing pitches, and conduct company research, among other tasks.
Develop and maintain various financial models, including DCF and LBO models.
Provide ongoing support for client and business partner relationships.
Collaborate closely with senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an international university.
Experience in Investment Banking or a Big-4 environment is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in DCF and LBO, with a proven track record in M&A or corporate finance transactions.
