For team in Munich we are looking for an

Intern, Light Design (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You will support the Lighting Design Team in the design development of exterior lighting
• You will support with research & benchmarking, sketch ideation, design concepts, detail design development and 3D design development
• You will present your designs and ideas to Design Management
• You will cross-collaborate with adjacent departments, like design engineering and product definition

Qualifications:

• You are studying or finished a relevant design course in Automotive Design or Industrial Design
• You can communicate ideas, concepts and design in hand sketches, Photoshop renderings and ideally in a 3D software like Alias, Maya, Blender, Rhino etc., any animation skills not necessary but a plus (eg After Effect)
• You have an eye for details and interest in newest lighting technology
• You have ideally already some experience in exterior lighting design
• You are able to present and communicate your designs in English
• You are able to be on-site in the Ismaning Design Studio at least 3 times per week (2 days remote)
