Interior Designer (m/w/d) - Corporate Office München

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you:

  • continue to build up our interior department and coordinate and design two to three new hotel openings per year
  • take care of the planning implementation and detailed elaboration of custom-made fixtures and furniture, both in the public area and in room planning
  • compile material and colour catalogues in accordance with the CI and the respective design concept
  • prepare zoning, lighting and electrical plans for the public areas in phase 3 and coordinates with our Architecture and Technical Building Services Departments with regard to supply lines, circuits, etc.
  • commission, check and correct LPH 6 for the entire FF&E in cooperation with the project control department.
  • take over the artistic superstructure management for the installation of FF&E

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • successfully completed a degree in interior design - additional training as a carpenter would be a nice to have
  • at least 3 years experience in interior design in all service phases - experience in hotel construction would also be a nice-to-have
  • a very good knowledge of the current architectural planning systems
  • communication and interaction skills as well as a professional appearance and integrity are a matter of course for you
  • analytical thinking, a systematic approach, problem identification and creative problem solving skills
  • able to make decisions while considering all possible risks, but creativity and visionary thinking play an important role for you
  • fluent in German and English and perhaps another European foreign language
