Finatal is working with a large cap US-based private equity house that needs an Interim Integration Director to lead an aggressive buy and build strategy, supporting a services business that has been carved-out and is expanding across Europe and internationally via M&A. You’ll work closely with the full C-Suite, with a strong emphasis on running the integration project with as little impact on BAU functions as possible. You’ll have a track record in professional services, having successfully led integrations whilst keeping on key-talent from the target companies. You’ll be based in Germany with some European travel required. One of your first tasks shall be to implement an integration playbook to be used across all workstreams.
