Our client operates in the e-commerce sector, and is searching for an enthusiastic IP Lawyer to join their team near Stuttgart. Your focus will be on trademark, patent, and copyright matters for the company.

Responsibilities

• Offer company-wide legal counsel on e-commerce law matters, with a particular emphasis on competition, trademark, design, patent, and copyright legislation.
• Manage disputes related to e-commerce law and intellectual property law.
• Develop structures and processes to ensure adherence to legal mandates.
• Provide legal guidance in adjacent areas of intellectual property, including support for reputation management.
• Deliver specialised legal advice concerning platform operator responsibilities and the stipulations of the Digital Services Act.

Qualifications

• Completion of two superior state law examinations.
• Initial professional experience, preferably as a lawyer specialising in intellectual property law.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce law and intellectual property law is essential.
• Demonstrates a pragmatic and methodical approach to addressing diverse legal issues.
• Capable of explaining intricate legal matters in a clear and comprehensible manner.
