As an Innovation Software Developer (m/f/d) at onOffice, you will work in a team that is constantly facing challenges and situations in order to establish new technologies that bring benefits to our product development.
onOffice digitizes the real estate industry in Europe with a leading cloud-based CRM software for real estate agents. Together, we are continuously developing the system - with your openness, experience and deep understanding of complex software architectures.
Research and test new technologies, architectures and processes to drive our product development forward
Establish new working methods together with the relevant tools
Optimize the software architecture and the central code base, which is edited by all development teams
Involve colleagues inside and outside your team in the technical context
Communicate and work closely with product teams, administrators and other stakeholders
Develop automated tests and actively participate in the code review process
Your profile
Completed studies in the STEM field or comparable IT training
In-depth knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as PHP, Java or similar
Experience in MariaDB, JavaScript, Vue.js, Docker, CICD and Gitlab as well as in DevOps and the automation of processes is also ideal
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and agile working methods
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and deliver presentations as part of a team
Fluency in German and good command of English
