Your Role:

As a Tooling Repair Technician with a Focus on Plastic Injection Molding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of injection molds used in production processes. Operating within a dynamic and innovative environment, your commitment will be to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

•Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of injection molds used in the production of automotive components.

•Troubleshoot and diagnose mold issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

•Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting the manufacturing process.

•Implement preventive maintenance plans to extend mold lifespan and improve performance.

•Maintain detailed records of mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

•Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical support.

•Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards throughout the maintenance process.

•Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in mold maintenance procedures.

Your Profile:

•Proven experience in injection mold maintenance within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the automotive sector.

•Strong knowledge of mold repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
