Your Area of Responsibility

• 3rd Level Collaboration: Provide advanced support for Windows clients.
• Troubleshooting & Cause Elimination: Identify and resolve complex issues.
• Software Packaging: Manage the packaging of various software applications.
• Windows Installations: Oversee the provisioning and deployment of Windows installations.
• Client Setups: Create and administer client setups efficiently.
• Procedure & Technology Development: Continuously improve team procedures and technologies.
• Monitoring System Setup: Establish and maintain a robust monitoring system for client administration.
• Event Log Analysis: Analyze client event logs for insights and problem-solving.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality outcomes for both your own work and the team's efforts.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Windows Client Systems: Confident in managing and troubleshooting Windows client systems.
• Microsoft Systems: Experience in client administration using Microsoft systems.
• Monitoring Systems: Initial experience in setting up and operating monitoring systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
