Responsibilities

• Develop and continually improve the IT infrastructure to meet the growing demands of a rapidly expanding company
• Ensure the security and availability of all IT systems used in the company (network, devices, Office 365, Atlassian, tooling, etc.).
• Manage cloud infrastructures as well as local network and server systems.
• Establish modern cloud and container infrastructures.
• Provide professional IT onboarding for all colleagues.
• Act as IT helpdesk, addressing IT security, updates, and technical issues, and handling hardware/software orders and inventory.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing networks, firewalls, VPNs, and CAs.
• Professional experience in support/administration, with skills in Linux-based software.
• Basic understanding of cloud systems such as Azure or AWS.
• Ability to act responsibly, proactively, and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical thinking with a structured and highly independent working style.
• Enjoy working in a multicultural team and adept at interacting with others.
• Reside in the Rhein/Main region or able to regularly commute to Darmstadt.
• Excellent English and German skills, both spoken and written.
