Role Description:

The HR Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager and will have a dotted line to the VP of HR at the company’s headquarters. This role involves close collaboration with managers and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR processes, company policies, HRIS, payroll support, and benefits administration. This is a hands-on position with significant influence, ideal for a leader with experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and company culture.
• Lead HR initiatives including staffing, performance management, training, and rewards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage recruitment processes.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
• Administer benefits and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Address employee relations issues and maintain HRIS records.
• Recommend and implement new HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to resolve HR challenges and provide coaching.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working for an international company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
