Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist provides HR experience and expertise to the assigned Business Units. Performs various human resources duties in areas such as new hire orientation, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and other special projects. Serves as contact for employees and managers and answers questions regarding HR and company policies and procedures. This position is a hybrid role

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures.
• Reports, tracks and processes HR data.
• Manage the site recruitment process.
• Assist Managers on Employee Relations matters and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in day-to-day administration, communication and implementation of HR policies and programs and coaching managers on application of policy.
• Reports, tracks, and processes HR data, including promotions, transfers, new hires, safety related data, employee referrals, employee recognition; employee separations and update HRIS.
• Partners with the HR Business Partner team on employee relations for assigned Business Units, including conducting investigations as needed & when appropriate.
• Assists with various departmental projects including, compensation analysis, annual and on-going benefit enrollments, promotions, and other HR initiatives.
• Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to create requisitions, with interview scheduling for job openings, as well as managing the reference, background checks.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources required:

• 4-year degree required; Human Resources preferred.
• German HR recognized qualification.
• working in partnership with a worker’s council.
• working with UKG, SAP, or other HRIS systems required.
• working with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system preferred.

Note:

Hybrid role, 3 days on site

We are moving to a new state of the art facility, opening in August – located in the Life Science Center in Munich-Gräfelfing

• Fluency in German & English and a good level of both written and spoken for both languages.
