About The Role

As an HR Generalist at UXCam, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with day-to-day operations and initiatives. We have teams on-site and remote, and you would be the first point of contact for our Xperts, making sure that they are heard and understood. This position is ideal for you if you are passionate about people and are great at multitasking to manage various HR functions, including the entire employee cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Being UXCam's next superstar HR Generalist in our Berlin location, your main missions include but aren't limited to the following:

• You are responsible for People Administration, which includes maintaining and managing employee data and creating employment contracts, reference letters, contract amendments, terminations, etc
• You maintain our People Management System, Personio, and optimize our use of the tool
• You will manage all administrative HR tasks, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring each step of the employee lifecycle is handled efficiently and effectively
• You build a positive Employee Experience by being the first point of contact for all employees, ensuring they feel heard and comfortable
• You prepare the payroll and coordinate it with our external provider
• You handle communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and service providers if needed
• You assist in planning and organizing team events
• You assist with the support of Office Management: keeping order, and creating the best possible working atmosphere (e.g., small gestures for our employees, remote activities, and much more - you have an eye for what is important to our colleagues and keeps them motivated)
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role

• 2+ of experience in HR or People Operations roles, ideally in a Startup environment.
• High level of written and spoken English, German on B1-B2 level would be a plus
• Strong understanding of HR practices and Labor laws in Germany
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good hands-on approach and ownership mindset
• Commitment to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Being creative and enjoying helping people
• Proficiency with HR software (Personio) is a plus
