Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust plant supply chain strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Enhance MRPII knowledge and capabilities within the plant
• Ensure timely procurement of production materials, supplies and equipment
• Carrying out material, capacity and personnel requirements planning
• Cross-departmental coordination and prioritization of, for example, incoming and outgoing goods, personnel deployment and machine capacities
• Planning and coordination of external service providers
• Preparation and maintenance of KPI's
• Control of internal logistics to ensure on-time provision of materials and delivery of goods to customers
• Lead of projects for process optimization and improvement
• Implement a systemic approach, structuration capacities, and efficient process design.
• Drive innovation and agility within our supply chain ecosystem.
  
  

Qualification

• 6 + years of working experience in Supply Chain Managment / Production Planning, Supply Chain Project Management ideally in an industrial sector
• Masters in Engineering / Supply Chain or relevant field
• Very good experience in S&OP and MPS
• Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management and overall supply chain ecosystem
• Be a change ambassador by identifying the opportunities for improvement and challenge conventional practices
• Open minded to work in an intercultural environment
• Co-operative, open and objective communication style
• APICS CIPM Certification is plus
• Fluent in English and German
