The Role

The professional and disciplinary responsibility for the Customer Service & Supply Chain departments, which consist of over 50 employees in total.

Responsibilities:

• Alignment and management of the area from sales planning to customer delivery (end-to-end)
• Responsibility for overall performance Monitoring and adjusting processes based on group and factory results Ensuring continuity of supply and delivery
• Optimization of existing and implementation of new processes in technical and organizational terms in the above-mentioned area of ​​responsibility and in coordination with the relevant specialist departments
• Optimization of the planning processes with regard to delivery reliability, taking into account the economical use of materials and resources
• Review of logistics processes for new customer requirements and optimization potential
• Professional customer communication
• Responsible for handling all sales processes with customers

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in business administration, engineering or logistics.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in operational and strategic supply chain management
• Experience in restructuring structures and processes as well as in change management
• Extensive knowledge of common supply chain KPIs and lean tools as well as in planning, implementation, and tracking of optimization measures
• Solid experience in handling ERP systems; ideally from implementation projects
• Strong "hands-on" mentality
• Fluent German and English language skills.
