About the Company:


KGM Europe GmbH is a subsidiary of KG Mobility Corp. (formerly Ssangyong Motor Co., Ltd.) and is entering the German market directly to sell cars and parts. KGM is a well-known SUV specialist and will be introducing electric, hybrid and internal combustion engine models to the German market. About the Role:


  • a Director-level Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, as well as managing qualitative and quantitative development of dealer network, and achieving sales target.
  • The person should be enthusiastic about penetrating the German market with a new brand, devising an effective sales strategy, motivating dealers and outperforming the competition.



Responsibilities:


  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Agile communication with marketing and after service to build process and funnel
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with regional sales manager & dealers
  • Create sales action plan and execute it with regional sales manager & dealers



Qualifications:


  • At least 8 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven ability to deliver strategy / action plan to motivate dealers
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Preferably German native speaker + fluent in English



Required Skills:


  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a goal-driven work environment, and ability to multitask.
