As our new Head of Operations and Sales (m/w/d) you overview the operational part of mobility arm of Hyundai Connected Mobility. You report directly to the Head of Mobility Services and deliver strong results in company’s efficiency in terms of processes, costs, resources and future growth. With your experience you develop and implement strategies to scale up the business and the organization.
Your tasks:
Overall responsibility for the management of all the operational activities of the company (vehicle sourcing, logistic flows, call center management)
Responsible for the company’s mobility arm’s operational costs
Direct leadership of all HCM’s employees in the branches.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements an oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Negotiate and maintain relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders essential for the success of Hyundai’s mobility arm.
Evaluate performance of the mobility services by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis;
Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects;
Define, execute and oversee all mobility initiatives sales functions
Build and maintain relationship with key B2B clients in the car subscription market in Europe
Manage all assets in-fleeting and de-fleeting functions
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
Develop operation and sales processes
Your profile:
MBA or master’s degree in business administration or relevant field
More then 10 years of experience in an managerial operation position in the mobility space
understanding of mobility and fleet management (sourcing & selling vehicles etc.) is crucial
experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
entrepreneurial mindset with competency in strategic planning and business development.
managing B2B sales functions and understanding of operational and logistic flows
strong communication skills
