Head of Recruitment

My client, a manufacturer of renewable energy based in Stuttgart, is looking for a Head of Recruitment to start as soon as possible.

The position can start as a 3-month interim position with the possibility of converting to a permanent position. Or immediately as a full-time position, depending on preference.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Key tasks:

• Immediate support on live hiring requirements
• Setting up and customizing the new Applicant tracking system (ATS) Greenstone which is being rolled out in August
• Training recruitment team on using Applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Setting up processes and ways of working for recruitment in Germany
• Growing the internal recruitment function in Germany through internal hiring

Required experience:

More than 10 years of experience as a recruiter a combination of in-house and agency experience is preferred

Have a minimum of five years of leadership experience, primarily focused in recruiting

Strong passion for data-driven metrics and experience creating and managing decision-useful data

Building, managing or improving analytics systems and processes to improve the daily operations of the organisation

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent experience
