Glow25 is now another very successful brand in the Primal family - a collagen company that is setting new standards in the well aging market. This Is Where We Need Your Support

As the Head of Performance Marketing (all genders) at Glow25, you will lead a dynamic team to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI across key channels like Google, Meta, native ads, and influencer collaborations. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to scale marketing efforts in international markets using data-driven insights. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance, refine audience targeting, and innovate digital marketing tactics.

Your Main Tasks Are

• Leadership and Strategy: You will lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team, including specialists in PPC, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Conversion Optimization. You will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Additionally, you will allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Channel Management: You will create channel strategies and growth plans aligned with our top-level business goals. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other digital channels. Additionally, you will lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic. You will guide the development of influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, you will monitor and optimize conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Data-Driven Insights: You will utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. You will re-think the existing reporting landscape to ensure useful data analysis and KPI tracking. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Collaboration and Innovation: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the performance marketing team. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

You Have The Following Experience

• You have a university degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving targets for D2C brands and international accounts.
• You are an expert in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• You have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and influencer marketing strategies.
• You are experienced with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
• You are proficient in data analytics and able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• You have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• You have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English and German (B2).
