The Head of Marketing Analytics role is a pivotal leadership position within our Traffic, Pricing & Strategy Division. You will oversee a diverse team of experienced Analytics Managers, directing the strategic analysis and insights generation for our expansive marketing channels and emerging strategic initiatives from upper to lower funnel. This role is at the heart of our comprehensive Commercial Planning & Trading framework, ensuring the effective allocation and optimization of a significant annual budget towards meeting both tactical and strategic marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, product, and engineering teams, the Head of Marketing Analytics is instrumental in delivering actionable insights within a dynamic, fast-moving business environment.

  • Lead a critical team of (commercial) Analytics Managers, driving the strategic analysis of marketing investments to align with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Generate robust investment recommendations based carefully assessing their impact on business growth, profitability and local market strategy.
  • Establish clear objectives and cultivate a high-performance culture through mentorship, skill development, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Spearhead innovation within the Marketing Analytics team by implementing cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and processes, alongside fostering effective communication and feedback loops.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to align marketing analytics initiatives with broader organizational goals, serving as a vital advisor on marketing investment decisions.
  • Facilitate ongoing alignment with commercial and marketing departments across all markets, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with commercial, marketing, product, and engineering teams to address challenges in tracking, data privacy, and reporting automation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that resonate with the organization's goals, directing cross-functional analytics projects to ensure successful, timely outcomes.


WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF


  • An accomplished analytical leader with 10+ years experience in marketing and/or commercial analytics within the e-commerce sector with a strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration and creating shared visions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, inspiring focus and exemplary leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at data storytelling and engaging effectively with both analytical and commercial audiences.
  • Proficient in BI tools (e.g., MSTR, Tableau, Looker) and automation, with solid experience in SQL and a working knowledge of Python as an advantage.
  • Agile and adaptable to change, with the capacity to quickly respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A passionate advocate for the company culture and vision, prioritizing customer-centric strategies.
