Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Oversee the planning, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems and services.
• Ensure scalability and robustness of the IT infrastructure to support business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the infrastructure team.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Oversee network infrastructure, server environments, storage solutions, and data center operations.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with other IT leaders and business units to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Communicate infrastructure plans, changes, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
