Finatal is partnered with a leading private equity-backed multi-site physiotherapy business, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and innovative treatment methodologies. As they continue to expand their network of clinics, we are seeking a highly skilled Head of IT to lead our technological advancements and support our growth across multiple locations.

Role:

As the Head of IT, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing IT strategies that enhance our operations, improve patient care, and support our expansion efforts. You will oversee all aspects of our IT systems, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to support the expansion and operational efficiency of our clinics.

· Oversee the deployment and management of IT systems across multiple locations.

· Ensure the security and integrity of patient data, complying with relevant healthcare regulations.

· Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

· Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

· Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing our IT capabilities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Extensive experience in IT leadership, preferably within the healthcare or multi-site service industry.

· Strong skills in IT strategy development, system implementation, and team management.

· Proven experience in managing service provider relationships.

· Relevant certifications in IT management and healthcare IT are advantageous.
