Germany’s leading doctor on-demand platform is looking for a Head of Growth to drive the sustainable growth of its doctor network. Help us scale the most efficient and appealing way for doctors to treat patients via telemedicine by leading and developing our cross-functional Doctor Growth Team.
What you will do:
Leadership: manage the sales-driven Doctor Growth mission through coaching, mentoring and hands-on engagement
Ownership: Own all marketing channels and the entire acquisition journey from lead generation to successful onboarding, by taking full KPI responsibility for the number of acquired doctors, the cost per acquired doctor and the average lead-time
Growth: Execute growth initiatives in an agile and fast-paced way, leverage experimentation learnings and discover growth loops to accelerate growth
Strategy: Develop a long-term acquisition strategy to maintain the sustainable growth path of the platform
Execution: Optimize operations from the first touchpoint to successful onboarding by simplifying access, enabling immediate treatment initiation and reducing lead time
What you need to be successful:
Driven Entrepreneur: You breathe the principles of lean working methodology and enjoy working in a growth-driven way. Making decisive decisions in a fast-paced and uncertain environment attracts you. You have a deep understanding of digital businesses.
Empathetic Leader: You possess leadership experience in dynamic environments and are adept at managing leadership responsibilities. As a charismatic communicator, you excel in delivering structured, open, and transparent communication, coupled with outstanding hands-on operational skills.
Strategic Problem Solver: You think strategically with the ability to adopt a broad perspective for deep diving into issues and executing solutions. Bringing very strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in German and English
