The Position

As Head of Finance Transformation (gn), you will harmonise and standardise global finance processes. You will oversee project organisation, process, and quality management, and lead the project team for global process implementation, coordinating with internal and external partners.

Your Tasks:

• Implement a global quality management system
• Expand and lead a global project team
• Conduct process analyses and develop optimisation methods
• Enhance expertise and conduct training, communication, and change management
• Support the development of the Shared Service Center framework
• Manage product project activities from the Group programme
• Oversee product training, communication, and change management
• Ensure overall project success
• Deliver along defined project steps

Requirements:

• Degree in economics with a focus on finance
• Several years of management experience in an international financial environment
• Business fluent in German (C1/!verhandlungssicher!) and English (C1)
• Experience with one of the Big 4 or a comparable consultancy
• International project and change management experience
• Disciplinary management experience in the industry
