  • Develop and implement the overall financial strategy in line with the company's objectives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set financial goals and objectives
  • Support the fundraising from initiation to closing
  • Explore and implement alternative sources of funding
  • Lead the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial targets
  • Co-ordinate with the accountant to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting

Your profile:


  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in senior finance role (preferably in VC-backed company(s))
  • Experience with fundraising (Series B to IPO) in a successful startup (a must)
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking
