Integ is proud to be working in partnership with a highly acquisitive, multi-site tech group to recruit a talented Head of Finance / Financial Controller.

Role

As the Head of Finance you will support the day-to-day accounting and FP&A functions primarily with the opportunity to expand responsibilities into a larger International-based group of companies.

The successful candidate will be focused on providing high-impact support to business leaders and will be part of an incredibly hard-working team that operates with extreme autonomy, a long-term perspective, and a strong belief in perpetual learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Partner with CEOs and department leads to understand inputs and drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives.
• Support financial audits and reviews to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with local advisors to support corporate and local (sales) tax preparation.
• Support acquisition integrations, including ERP migration and other systems.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel and experience using accounting platforms such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German required.
