Head of Electrical Engineering

Our Client is looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering to manage their team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the team of electrical engineers.
• Manage the creation, testing, and deployment of robots electrical systems.
• Make sure deadlines and project milestones are fulfilled.
• Work together with different departments to make sure that projects are developed cohesively.
• Keep up with developments in the industry and technology.

Your Qualifications:

• A bachelor's in a relevant discipline, such as electrical engineering.
• Masters Degree would be highly regarded.
• 10+ years expertise in electrical engineering, with a focus on robotics.
• Proven ability to manage a team and exercise leadership.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.
