The business currently boasts revenues of c. $40M with healthy profits and continues to expand market presence globally. We're on the lookout for a visionary CFO to join a collaborative leadership team and help steer towards even greater success.

Partnering with the CEO, you'll shape the business strategy and supercharge the growth trajectory both organically and through acquisitions. We're seeking a CFO with a proven track record of operating within a growing software company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into the world of recurring revenue models as the business transitions into SaaS.
• Build robust finance processes, systems, controls, and growth infrastructure for international expansion.
• Step into the role of strategic advisor and commercial leader, seamlessly aligning financial strategies with operational excellence. Lead inorganic and organic growth strategies helping expand the business on the global scale.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership across all departments, drive value creation and high-performance culture by establishing an effective operating rhythm.

Key Requirements:

• Sector Alignment: proven SaaS experience and has successfully led a transition to the SaaS model.
• Experience in fundraising, M&A, and PMI activities.
