Graphic Design Team Lead (f/m/d)

Clariness is looking for a Graphic Design Team Lead (f/m/d) based in Berlin or Hamburg.

- Full-time; unlimited -

As a Graphic Design Team Lead, you would be responsible for:

• Managing design projects from concept to delivery.
• Producing and developing printed layouts for clinical studies, such as patient brochures, leaflets, websites, and more.
• Communication with clients, consultancy, presentation, and management of design projects.
• Supporting the development of the designers in the team and providing constructive feedback.
• Brief and coordinate freelance graphic designers to meet client requirements.
• Actively participate in the optimization of processes and designs to ensure the best results for our clients and customers for an excellent user experience.
• Finding and applying innovative solutions (e.g. AI) to improve processes and creative services.
• Liaising with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design and to ensure deadlines are met.
  
  

We would like you to have:

• A degree in graphic design or similar and at least two years of experience as a team lead.
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques (print, web).
• Experience in project coordination and team management.
• Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Creative mindset and strong conceptual thinking.
• Confident use of Figma, website design skills.
• Proficient in the use of PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills.
