General Manager Germany (m/w/d)

As the General Manager in Germany, you will play a key role in establishing and growing Mobile Locker in the German market. This position is crucial for our international expansion and requires an entrepreneurial and strategic approach. Your responsibilities include:

• Independently setting up a commercial organization in Germany
• Developing and maintaining long-term B2B relationships
• Building business cases and increasing brand awareness of Mobile Locker in Germany
• Responsible for opening an office, hiring employees, and managing local partners
• Building a strong local sales organization
• Staying updated on the latest market trends and developments to gain strategic advantage
  
  

You will combine commercial, strategic, and pragmatic skills to successfully launch and grow Mobile Locker in Germany.

Requirements

• Co-founder spirit with an analytical and result-oriented approach
• Strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability to work independently
• Extensive commercial experience
• Background as a Strategy Consultant is an asset
• Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
• Experience in the event sector is a significant plus
• Experience in building and leading a team
• Business experience in Germany
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
